How did you feel while reading these lines? And now I have a great message for you. Even you can do it.

Let’s look at a few simple basic tips to help you.

It will take you only a few minutes to read them, but you can definitely change your view of how to handle money.

1.Make Your Savings Automatic

What is the strategy? First of all, to know your earnings and expenses.

It has proven to me that the most sophisticated overview of their finances have the low income people. This is precisely because they have to plan all the expenses.

Many people, however, make the fundamental mistake that if their income increases, for example, promotion at work and getting a higher salary, they suddenly feel financially independent with that extra money.

That financial freedom lies in the fact that they don‘t have to do this anymore. Fatal error.

Because it is at this point that attention needs to be drawn and start planning and counting even more carefully. Because if you don‘t do that, you will find that the extra money you don‘t have or you don‘t know what to do.

So, this is my rule no.1. From any income, put something in a jar called savings. Ideally 20% of your income. It doesn’t matter if it’s a savings account or an envelope you have at home.

Set up your saving account and set up a standing order.

2. Ditch The Impulse Shopping

Don‘t waste your money. This is one of the greatest challenges for many people who what to manage their finances. They are pushed by commerce and feel they need the new TV, handbag or mobile phone.

3 out of 4 people are buying impulsively. Especially when they are sad, angry when they are bored or vice versa when they are out of something.

That’s when we turn off the light and we don‘t consider the consequences (you may also like our article 6 Things about Money You Should Have Learned in School ).

When we are confused by some emotion then we are not able to think rationally. So I was bored and browsed the Internet and a new notebook came to my eye. Or: I was so ruined from the breakup that at least I enjoyed the new shoes.

Until the next day, I realized that I already had a similar one.

My advice is simple

Begin to write everything you buy. Be really consistent. Yes, even the chocolate bar you bought at the gas station.

And even the lifestyle magazine, cigarettes or a car tree. First step is to have your money under control.

After a month, check out all your spendings and you’ll be surprised to find out how much money you spend on things that you would not care about.

Do you go into restaurants too often? Or did you get energy drinks for 50 cents? Or do you have a passion in online shopping ?

You may think it is a small amount, in fact, it will take a month to collect a pretty decent amount that will take you out of the wallet and missing somewhere else.

If you find that you are spending money on things you do not really need, cut those costs. Learn to save yourself.

3.Avoiding Debts

It seems that in today’s world everyone is living on debt.

Except for a variety of loans, which are often pre-approved and very easy to obtain without evidence of income, but at a very disadvantageous and high interest rate.

The advice is simple: only spend what you earn, not more. By doing this you will avoid many unnecessary problems. (e.g. when you will repay the vacation you enjoyed years ago).

So, finally, you buy something you really deserve and you will have either an unforgettable experience or a long-term experience.

This will be your strong WHY and the main motivation you can keep in mind even if you feel it is really difficult.

If you already have debts, take all your discipline and start systematically repaying them.

This process may take several years, but it is necessary and the result is worth it. And after that you will know how to organize paying your bills.

4.Set up a Standing Order

Another great way to get your finances under control is to set up automatic payments to pay for regular expenses such as rent, water, electricity, gas or telephone.

What are the benefits of such an account payment? First of all, you will make your life easier. You save your time because you don‘t run with checks or cash to a post office or a bank.

Payments will be paid in time and without having to worry about it separately.

At the same time, it will not happen that your checks and bills will accumulate on the table and when you get to pay them, you will find that you have not left enough money or you forget it and you will have to pay fines for late payment.

At the same time, you can set up your budget for food, entertainment or education and set up sub-accounts or simply select the appropriate amounts and divide them into envelopes.

So you can keep track of it and you don‘t spend more money on your chosen purpose than you can afford.

If you want to be successful and rich, but you are not willing to step out of your comfort zone, you will never get there.

Educate yourself every day.
